By using APC Overnight any goods ordered before 2.00pm**are sent next day plus you will receive email or text delivery alerts and most importantly the APC ‘No Contact’ delivery service.
Orders that do not opt for ‘next day’ will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class, due to the current circumstances typical delivery time is 3-5 days from posting.
Shipping costs on the website relate only to UK mainland postcodes. International deliveries, as well as deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, N. Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Eire, incur higher carriage charges and are individually quoted. See note below. Please call for a quote and order by phone if you live in these areas. We apologise for the inconvenience.
We do not make a profit out of carriage, we use both Royal Mail and APC Overnight as our delivery partners. Typical Royal Mail prices are £3.10 per item for 2nd Class, APC costs begin at £5.69 (next day service), carriage costs are factored into the published purchase prices.

Where items are in stock, and on receipt of order/payment we will endeavour to dispatch goods as per your online preferences.
If for any reason the goods ordered are not in stock, we will contact you to let you know what delay you might experience. If this delay is unacceptable then we will offer a full refund.
We will endeavour to meet any date stated for delivery**. We will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by you or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
